The men's ice hockey junior forward recorded his first career hat trick to help the second-ranked Lakers top Brockport 6-4 on Saturday night. Brown scored the first Oswego State goal in the game, added another 4-on-4 goal and then a short-handed goal to cap the hat trick. A night earlier, Brown scored the first Laker goal at Geneseo to tie the game at one before Oswego State pulled away for a 4-1 victory.

The women's ice hockey senior forward scored the game-winning goal on Saturday in a 3-1 victory at Buffalo State with an unassisted score early in the third period. Collins also added two assists on Friday night in a 7-0 win over the Bengals as the Lakers continued to stay in the top half of the ECAC West standings.
